Discovering my fit in Real Estate began with gaining years of experience in home remodeling & rehabilitation of investment properties, and in turn getting my Broker license in 2004. The result of this journey is gaining a strong understanding of the financial and emotional decisions that need to be made in life to get out of it what you put in while enjoying the journey. I often consider myself a consultant rather than a Sales person due to all the information exchanged with my clients to educate and help protect them in the goal of earning the designation of your broker for life. I strive to provide excellent communication and follow through behind the scenes to make sure your home transactions are as smooth as possible. We all know that face time is very important, but the inspections, repairs, negotiations, and working with lenders and contractors is where my experience and knowledge add real value for my clients. I have enjoyed over seventeen years of partnering with my clients, and am eager to help all the future Buyers and Sellers. As challenging as the home buying and selling process can be, know that my patience and honest approach will make for a steady keel in your real estate course. I enjoy my work as much as being active in Sailing and the powerboat community.
